Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission:

  • Transaction Charges: The online transaction fees are not included in the school fee and will be applied separately. Charges for Net Banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards will be added as applicable.
  • Payment Processing: Fees submitted online should be reflected in the school’s account within 1-2 days. Parents are responsible for ensuring timely payments. Little Ryders is not liable for issues arising from declined transactions.
  • System Availability: The availability of the online fee payment system is not guaranteed. We strongly advise completing payments ahead of deadlines to avoid penalties.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

  • Technical Issues: In the event of a payment being deducted but not recorded due to technical issues, the payment will be manually processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment occurs, we will refund the excess amount or adjust it against future fees, based on the payer’s preference.
  • Discrepancies in Payments: For any discrepancies, parents should contact the school directly. The decision of Little Ryders will be final.
